White Nails for the weekend

Usually I go and get my nails done professionally as I kinda have an OCD about them being perfect..LOL... well we look at our hands countless times a day! ... BUT... I decided to quickly shape them and whack on a colour for the weekend :) I decided to go with white for a fresh summer look. This one is by Rimmel and they have a range out at the moment with a slightly wider brush for people like me, to make the task a little easier and a millions times faster.

Outfit Of The Day

Today was a nice day so I wanted to wear my white wedges and enjoy the Sun.

Best way to clean your Make-Up Brushes

I find the most cost effective way of cleaning my Make-Up brushes is to grab a towel, put a little Mac Brush Cleaner on it and then gently rub the brush on the area being carful not to go against the direction of the brush hairs. Doing it this way uses less product and is a nice and tidy way to clean your brushes.

The Ragged Priest

Whilst out shopping the other day I spotted this collection by The Ragged Priest. 

I was wowed by the vibrant colours and Tie Die effect. Combined with the studs gives an edgy fun look. Very current "pop" trend. I could see this on our gorgeous Jessie J or Rita Ora.
I will def be investing in some shorts... if we ever get some sun!!!

M.A.C - SHEEN SUPREME LIPSTICK IN FULL SPEED REVIEW

M.A.C Sheen Supreme Lipstick is new on the shelves this season and is making a permanent resident in stores now. This new lipstick is said to have the strong popping colour we all love with a glossy sheen. Sounded to good to be true so I bought this shade (Full Speed) and tested it out for you ;) (any excuse to buy another lippy). I found it glided perfectly on and I didn't even need to use a lip liner to fill. The gloss was just like applying a light layer of lip gloss over the top without the tackiness and the colour well.... was striking! I went back to try a few more shades in store and can safely say that I will surely be going back to buy a few more shades of this good investment trendy lip stick. Oh almost forgot.... They smell like vanilla too! :) PERFECT, YUMMY!

Tangle Teezer Is A Pleaser!

I have been testing out the Tangle Teezer for the past few months and have fallen in love. This brush is designed to detangle hair kindly weather long short straight or curly. It can be used on your natural hair and is even great for extensions or wigs. A bonus is that it doesn't have that annoying hair brush handle so when you throw it in your handbag it saves on space and is also designed to fit comfortably in your hand. You can choose from lots of different colours and I found it really cheap on Amazon. Please see the link on the right hand side of my blog. This brush is defiantly a permanent item I carry around with me on a daily basis. 

Getting SHIRTY!!!

One of my new favs is this shirt from ZARA £39.99. I seem to be collecting a lot of shirts lately as they can double up as a garment to go over a top as well as worn smartly on their own.

Bringing Colour Into An Everyday Look

Today I tried a day look with a little pop! I used a Purple and mixed it with an Orange eye shadow under my eye and a coral lipstick. I'm so in love with Coral Colours.

Outfit Of The Day

I love this shirt I found in Primark for £12. Underneath it I put a plain white vest and teamed it with some dark navy slim fit jeans from Top Shop. Shoes are by Faith.

Finally...Tights For Darker Skin Tones! So Exciting!

For certain jobs I have to wear flesh coloured tights but whenever I usually buy them they make me look a pasty white/grey colour.. well not no more! I found some totes amaze tights from Marks & Spencer. These tights Retail at £5 for one pair but they are amazing. I have worn them out a few times and thought I must have laddered them by now, but they seamed to resist against my hectic lifestyle. 

London is proud and is dripping in Red, White & Blue

I went for dinner last night and took a cheeky walk through Carnaby Street to see the latest trends have gone Brit CRAZY! With the Jubilee celebrations here almost every window was dressed in Red, White & Blue. I have to say it made me proud to be British :)

Loving this fragrance from Estée Lauder. Smells even sweeter as a group of my fav girlies bought it for me.

BIG HAIR is always a winner

I'm always constantly trying to make my hair big big bigger and here I have back-combed my hair like mad and used a hairspray from Tresemme called Freeze Hold. Worked nicely :)

Cheryl Cole Loves Her Brights

Cheryl Cole out in London last night wearing my FAV colour, a hot pink mini dress showing off  her gorgeous figure. This dress has a beautiful tribal print design and chezza has teamed it up with some Pink Platform strappy heels.

Cheryl was meeting her new BFF  Will.i.am to enjoy a night out at celebrity hotspot Mahiki.

After watching our pop princess Jessie J on the voice, we noticed something changing every week.... Jessies Hair!!! Short, Long, Up, Down and even Mini Mouse style! We would like to know which of these hair do's you like best.

Lipstick storage solution...

I finally plucked up the courage to cut up my MAC Lipstick collection and put it into these handy little pots from Muji. What an amazing idea! I can now take as many or as few lipsticks needed for shoots, holidays, nights out and even that special occasion. Now I've done this I will be able to connect these single pots together in whatever order I like. Today I took four shades with me and it was probably the same as taking one normal lippy. Give it a try :)
