I've got a brand new gym bag that has completely changed my life around and now I don't carry anything else! As you guys know I do love my handbags but I have pushed all those glossy handbags aside for the moment and really enjoying this sporty little number. This new bag I have is by a company called WorkPlay who specialise in ladies sports and running bags. With a designer look, high quality construction and clever practical features their sports bags are designed to be perfect for running, gym, spa, travel and for carrying fitness and work essentials on the daily run to the office.

 So this is the bag from the outside very gorgeous and also you can see very handy looking already with all those clever compartments.

 It also comes with a smaller bag that comes out to put all your toiletries in making it very easy for a quick dash to the showers after your workout.

 That's not all though... There are two smaller bags, one for shoes and one for laundry, how clever ;)

 This is the cutest bit though... a little checklist for essentials to make sure you have fully packed for your day... awwww :)

AVON True Colour Collection

Last week I was invited to go and model for the new AVON True Colour Range and got to try all the newest products available. Avon's Research and Development team have created what they call "True Colour Technology" to bring the brand bold and vivid colours any girl would dream to have in her make-up kit. 

I was wowed at the way they had presented the penthouse suite in Londons Swanky Sanderson Hotel. 

I had a little try of the Ultra Colour Lip Crayons Which were so rich and creamy. You could really feel the silkiness of  the Shea Butter when you applied them. These beautiful Crayons are also packed with Vitamin E and a steal at £7.50

Next was the new and exclusive Mascara that is due out very soon. Applying this was very easy and looked amazing.

The Gorgeous Alesha Dixon was there trying all the products too :)

And Make-Up Guru's PixiWoo (Sam & Nic) were there to show us very handy tips on how to use the products to create gorgeous looks on ourselves at home.

Carlos Santana shoes

These shoes were a gift to me a couple of years ago but I'm still ever so much in love with them. Pink is my fave colour and I also think Carlos got the shape perfect on this little pair of heels.

This is a ready to eat blend of wholewheat, red quinoa, toasted soya flakes and lentils. You can use this convenient combination of grains, flavours and textures straight from the pouch as a cold accompaniment. Or heat them in around 1 minute, and add to soups and warm salads.

I used them to make a small salad as a quick and healthy snack by adding cucumber and tomato chunks. Its was super quick and really yummy!

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish

This is my new favourite cleanser right now. Its so moisturising and nourishing and always gets off ALL of my make up. I don't know about you ladies but sometimes my Make Up takes a few washes to come off sometimes with normal cleaners but this one comes with its own little muslin cloth and get rid of it all as well as acting like a smooth exfoliator. If you havent tried this product before you will be in for such a treat as its so luxurious and your skin feels amazing when you done. GYM BOX Nike Training Club Review With Instructor Desmond Blakely

I think overall this has to be one of my fav classes and one that I will always aim to do. This boot camp style class includes moves such as squats, lunges, burpees, sit-ups, jogging and heaps of toning moves. It's a non stop go hard class that you know is gonna get you results fast. Desmond was a fantastic instructor pushing individuals to really give it all they've got making sure each person who attended has achieved their fitness goal. He wouldn't let me get away with a half hearted lunge, lol which I was very grateful for the next day. My whole entire body was aching the day after but I also looked more toned all over. Especially my legs. This class is really good for people of all ages and ability as the exercise can be adapted to suit you as an individual. Be warned though, you won't get the results you crave if you don't put all effort in. Be prepared to sweat! Let's do this!

GYM BOX Rave with instructor Ricky Boon

This class is aimed at people who want something different and to add a bit of fun to there workout. Its for people of all ages but I would say a little co-ordination would be handy as routines and dance style moves are involved. At the start of the class you are given a small trampoline and some glow sticks.. yes you read it right the first time Glow Sticks, to get ready for your workout. Throughout the class you will be jumping and stepping on the trampoline to singalong club classics as well and pumping those glow sticks in the air for a good full body cardio workout. Different variations are also given If you feel you can push a little harder which is always nice too. After this workout my stomach was really flat the next day showing that it really did work me out as well as being lots of fun. I will definitely be going back to do another class soon. Glow sticks up who's with me :)
