Mixed Grains are really tasty and Healthy

This is a ready to eat blend of wholewheat, red quinoa, toasted soya flakes and lentils. You can use this convenient combination of grains, flavours and textures straight from the pouch as a cold accompaniment. Or heat them in around 1 minute, and add to soups and warm salads.

I used them to make a small salad as a quick and healthy snack by adding cucumber and tomato chunks. Its was super quick and really yummy!
