M A C in Paris

So I went to Paris for the World Poker Tour (WPT) and one of the events of this trip was the DISCO FEVER themed players party. The other Royal Flush Girls and I were treated to getting our glittery Disco makeup done in the lush MAC store in the centre of Paris. Here's a few pictures of my look of the night. My make-up artist was Raouda Matoussi who fused Arabic with Disco and added some gorgeous colour and sparkle to my look.

Makeup on my holidays :)

I love playing with make up on holiday as you dont have to rush and have plenty of time to get ready for your nights out. This was a quick little snap half way through before we went out to Mahiki in Dubai. For anyone who hasn't been Dubai yet I really cant tell you just how amazing it is.... YOU HAVE TO GO!!!!

AVON True Colour Collection

Last week I was invited to go and model for the new AVON True Colour Range and got to try all the newest products available. Avon's Research and Development team have created what they call "True Colour Technology" to bring the brand bold and vivid colours any girl would dream to have in her make-up kit. 

I was wowed at the way they had presented the penthouse suite in Londons Swanky Sanderson Hotel. 

I had a little try of the Ultra Colour Lip Crayons Which were so rich and creamy. You could really feel the silkiness of  the Shea Butter when you applied them. These beautiful Crayons are also packed with Vitamin E and a steal at £7.50

Next was the new and exclusive Mascara that is due out very soon. Applying this was very easy and looked amazing.

The Gorgeous Alesha Dixon was there trying all the products too :)

And Make-Up Guru's PixiWoo (Sam & Nic) were there to show us very handy tips on how to use the products to create gorgeous looks on ourselves at home.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish

This is my new favourite cleanser right now. Its so moisturising and nourishing and always gets off ALL of my make up. I don't know about you ladies but sometimes my Make Up takes a few washes to come off sometimes with normal cleaners but this one comes with its own little muslin cloth and get rid of it all as well as acting like a smooth exfoliator. If you havent tried this product before you will be in for such a treat as its so luxurious and your skin feels amazing when you done. Sleek Pout Paint

So I tried out the new pout paint from Sleek and I have to say I'm actually really pleased with the results. It's a gorgeous strong colour, the colour I tried was minx and it applies really easily. This can be applied lightly for a softer colour but u guys know I go for it when were talkin' lipstick. Here's a pic

I Love Lipstick

This first look was done with "More to love" Pro Longwear lipliner and filled in with Rebal and Snob (all by MAC) was put in the centre of the lips with a little bit of Gold Glitter. 

This Gorgeous Red Lip look was done with "Cherry" Lip Pencil and filled in with "Russian Red" both by MAC

Look for the day... Fall colours and prints

Well there's no denying it!! Winter is def on its way and today I decided to try a plum pink lipstick with a top knot and a gorgeous fall colour pint blouse. Hope you like :)

White Nails for the weekend

Usually I go and get my nails done professionally as I kinda have an OCD about them being perfect..LOL... well we look at our hands countless times a day! ... BUT... I decided to quickly shape them and whack on a colour for the weekend :) I decided to go with white for a fresh summer look. This one is by Rimmel and they have a range out at the moment with a slightly wider brush for people like me, to make the task a little easier and a millions times faster.

Best way to clean your Make-Up Brushes

I find the most cost effective way of cleaning my Make-Up brushes is to grab a towel, put a little Mac Brush Cleaner on it and then gently rub the brush on the area being carful not to go against the direction of the brush hairs. Doing it this way uses less product and is a nice and tidy way to clean your brushes.

M.A.C - SHEEN SUPREME LIPSTICK IN FULL SPEED REVIEW

M.A.C Sheen Supreme Lipstick is new on the shelves this season and is making a permanent resident in stores now. This new lipstick is said to have the strong popping colour we all love with a glossy sheen. Sounded to good to be true so I bought this shade (Full Speed) and tested it out for you ;) (any excuse to buy another lippy). I found it glided perfectly on and I didn't even need to use a lip liner to fill. The gloss was just like applying a light layer of lip gloss over the top without the tackiness and the colour well.... was striking! I went back to try a few more shades in store and can safely say that I will surely be going back to buy a few more shades of this good investment trendy lip stick. Oh almost forgot.... They smell like vanilla too! :) PERFECT, YUMMY!

Tangle Teezer Is A Pleaser!

I have been testing out the Tangle Teezer for the past few months and have fallen in love. This brush is designed to detangle hair kindly weather long short straight or curly. It can be used on your natural hair and is even great for extensions or wigs. A bonus is that it doesn't have that annoying hair brush handle so when you throw it in your handbag it saves on space and is also designed to fit comfortably in your hand. You can choose from lots of different colours and I found it really cheap on Amazon. Please see the link on the right hand side of my blog. This brush is defiantly a permanent item I carry around with me on a daily basis. 

Bringing Colour Into An Everyday Look

Today I tried a day look with a little pop! I used a Purple and mixed it with an Orange eye shadow under my eye and a coral lipstick. I'm so in love with Coral Colours.

Smelling Sweet

Loving this fragrance from Estée Lauder. Smells even sweeter as a group of my fav girlies bought it for me.
